Raw Material Selection
We select high-grade PA66 material for excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and durability.
Material Drying & Preparation
Before molding, nylon granules are dried to reduce moisture and avoid defects such as bubbles, silver streaks or unstable molding.
Precision Injection Molding
Molten PA66 is injected into precision molds under controlled temperature and pressure to form cable ties with consistent dimensions and secure locking structures.
Cooling & Forming
A controlled cooling process helps the cable ties maintain structural stability, smooth surface quality and accurate shape.
Moisture Conditioning
