What are the sizes of cable ties?

Cable Ties (3″ to 48″), manufactured and sold by our company have lengths that range from 80 mm to 1200 mm. Cable tie lengths can be made with widths ranging from 2.5 mm to 12 mm. Cable tie strengths range from approximately 8 kg to 250 kg. For example the ET-3 x 150 is a 6 inch long cable tie with a 2.5 mm width and an approximate strength of 8 kg. What is the longest cable tie you can get?

Our nylon cable ties can be produced in lengths of up to 1200 mm (about 48 inches) with tensile strength ratings of up to 250 kg. If you require longer solutions using one-piece ties, please contact our sales team for a custom solution.

What is the largest and strongest cable tie?

The heavy-duty nylon series ties in our support range are available in lengths of 1.200 mm & widths of 12 mm, with a breaking strength of 250 kg (550 lbs). For extreme load applications, we also have stainless steel (304/316) cable ties that exceed 400 kg of breaking strength.

What can I use instead of cable ties?

Velcro straps (reusable), stainless steel ties (extreme conditions), and adhesive cable clips (mounting on a flat surface) provide alternative methods for securing cables. Nylon cable ties continue to be the most economical and dependable solution for bundling cables in an industrial environment.
